Clicking on this button brings you to the previous mass change. (This function is disabled here.) Clicking on this button brings you to the next mass change. (This function is disabled here.) Clicking on this button allows you to enter a new mass change. (This function is disabled here.) Clicking on this button deletes the current mass change. (This function is disabled here.) Clicking on this button executes the current mass change. (This function is disabled here.)

Description

The functions:
   The "IF"-section :  Here you set the conditions, which have to be fulfilled to modify the students data. Note, that if you select more than one entry all of them have to be fulfilled (AND condition).
  • HRoom
    (Current and Next)
 :  You select students with a specific homeroom.
  • Couns
    (Current and Next)
 :  You select students with a specific counselor.
  • Grade
    (Current and Next)
 :  You select students with a specific grade level.
  • Course
 :  You select students studying a specific course.
  • Sect
 :  You select students studying courses in a specific section.
  • Sex
 :  You select students with a specific sex.
  • Pri
 :  You select students with a specific priority.
  • Eth
 :  You select students with a specific ethnic group.
  • SHF
 :  You select students of a specific shift.
  • Loc
 :  You select students of a specific location.
  • Subject Area Ability
 :  You select students with specific abilities on subjects.
  • Last Name
    (From / To)
 :  You enter the last names you want to use as start and stop values. All students with those names and names between will be selected
(I.e. From "Smith" to "Stone" would select Smith, Smithers, Snow, Stone.)
  • Fully Sched
 :  Select only Students, who are fully scheduled.
  • Has Req
 :  Select only students, who have a course request.
 
   The "THEN"-section :  Here you tell the program what to do, if a students record has been selected.
Functions not described here have the same meaning as in the "IF"-section, just that in this section they will contain the new values.
  • Delete Student Profile
 :  If you set a checkmark into this checkbox the student profile will be deleted.

The buttons:
  • Prev. Mass Change
 :  You browse to the previous Mass Change.
  • Next Mass Change
 :  You browse to the next Mass Change.
  • New Mass Change
 :  The Input mask is cleared so you can enter a new Mass Change.
  • Delete Mass Change (F6)
 :  Clicking on this button or pressing the function key F6 deletes the current Mass Change.
  • Apply Mass Changes
 :  Clicking on this button will execute the selected Mass Change.
:  Clicking on this button closes this screen and you return back to the Main menu.
